Endiya Partners-backed electric mobility firm Cell Propulsion raises pre-Series A funding

Bengaluru-based Cellprop Pvt. Ltd, which operates electric vehicle parts- and ecosystem-focussed Cell Propulsion, has raised pre-Series A funding from a clutch of investors, media reports said. The round was led by early-stage investor GrowX Ventures and clean mobility-focussed seed fund Micelio, digital publications YourStory and Inc42 reported. The company has also been part of the electric vehicle accelerator programme run by Huddle.

Nippon India Digital Innovation AIF commits $6.68 mn to Endiya Fund II

Nippon India Digital Innovation AIF (NIDIA), a subsidiary of NSE listed Nippon Life India Asset Management (NAM India), said it has invested Rs 50 crore ($6.68 million at current exchange rates) in the second fund of Endiya Partners. Tokyo headquartered Nippon Life Insurance (NLI) is a 75% stakeholder in NAM India.

IFC commits $10 million investment in Endiya Partners-II

Seed and early-sate venture capital fund Endiya Partners has announced receiving a commitment of Rs 75 crore (approximately $10 million) from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank Group. IFC has also committed an additional $10m for direct co-investments alongside Endiya Fund-II, which invests in intellectual property led Indian product startups that are globally relevant.
