Ramaa Sundara Raj

Ramaa has a deep passion for startups, marketing and cultivating relationships. As an entrepreneur, she has co-founded and bootstrapped multiple ventures in India and the US. She has developed world-class product and services offerings, built and recruited teams and led sales strategy & marketing companies.

Prior to Endiya, Ramaa led global business and growth at Synapsica, a pioneer in adapting deep AI/ML algorithms for diagnostic radiology. Previously she co-founded SmartRx (acquired by Paramount TPA), an early-stage startup which offered innovative chronic care management solutions. She was also the co-founder of Pragna Solutions, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company currently operating in the US and India.  Early on in her career, she held several senior roles at startups building business relationships with marquee clients including Microsoft, Amazon etc.

Ramaa holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and attended the executive management programme at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Outside of work, she likes binge watching fiction and crime series, reading books, and listening to classical music.
