Successful Exits

Shield Square a leading bot management software startup was acquired by Radware (Nasdaq), Israel. Endiya partners lead Series A round of Shield Square and this acquisition marked the first exit for the fund. This led to a successful exit story for Indian SaaS startups building globally relevant products.

Style Craze, an Indian startup focused on Women’s Beauty & Wellness raised capital (facilitating the exit of original investors) from iStyle Inc, Japan. Sateesh Andra and Abhishek Srivastava, lead the Style Craze investment. This marquee investment heralded a Japanese Internet major entering Indian Consumer Tech domain.

Little Eye Labs, an Indian startup building android performance analysis/optimization software has the unique recognition of being Facebook’s first acquisition from India. The Little Eye Labs investment was led by Sateesh Andra. This acquisition of a young Indian startup by Facebook stands as a defining moment in the Indian Technology startup eco-system.
